Info re Map update while under warranty

CREATED a toyota.ie online account registered my vehicle confirmed my sw ver to be 6.7.OWH Spent 3 wasted days trying to update maps using a 2013 mac LT with latest sw updates installed today, switched to a 2020 lenovo placed beside the router with about 200 mb’s download speed- Browser Firefox note concept of a presented software key on the UI has been replaced with an automated key file moved the downloaded de zipped files to a generic “lenovo” reformatted USB stick with downloaded files in the root directory Inerted USB stick into the Rav 4 usb slot selected countries of interest and now have the latest maps p.s. anyone know how to cancel navigation as one nears their destination?
