Estima Acr50 G Air Cond Problem

Hello all,

I am from Indonesia, right now I am facing a problem with my air cond. 

First problem is suddenly my rear air cond is not working even though the digital panel is working. I already brought the car to the repairman. The fuses and relay are fine, but the rear blower did not get electric at all.

Second problem, at the first time when start up the car,  my front defogger light blinking for about 10 second, my circulate option set at outdoor circulate air automaticly eventhough last used is in inner circulate, and when I press the auto button or speed fan, the AC compressor do not engage automaticly. I must press the AC button for making the compressor work.

Are there anyone facing the same problem. I need advice about my problem.

Oh yeah I scan using techstream and it give b1497 error code.
