I have got Toyota Auris 2018 with Toyota Touch 2 with no CarAndroid. Is here way for phone mirroring?

The unit won't be compatible with Android Auto.

Only way is to do with an aftermarket radio from the likes of pioneer or alpine from around €300 plus fascia and audio controls
