I currently own an '83 KE70 Corolla. My Brothers Mate is selling me a Toyota 3T-GTE turbo engine for my car and I was wondering what brake upgrades are possible (discs on front, drums on back).

I know the stud pattern is 4 x 114.3 so that's no problem. I'm unsure about suspension though. I want to lower my car (not like king spring super low style, just low) so what springs and shocks should I look at?

I think that's it for now. any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm also looking for this stuff second hand so if anyone in Brisbane has any to sell just PM me.

p.s. anyone else have any suggestions on how to stop it being a death trap with the new engine in it? powersteering etc?
