Could you send me the update for this radio ? I have the problem that I can't hear caller speaking when Android Auto is running.

Are the updates multilingual ? My radio is in French.

I'm a new a guy here. Since a while I'm looking for an update for my audio and I m happy now that I've found this place. Hi, new here. Currently have the 3 button model (86140-YV020)

My Android Auto is constantly crashing every 20 seconds. Tried a bunch of different usb cables and also got my Android Auto app on my phone up to date.

Would anybody know what's causing the crash???

I've attached a pic of the current software running on my head unit.

that firmware is current (looks like the unit is from a 108) try disabling your bluetooth and make sure your phone is fully charged

Hi @flash22 thanks for that, seems to have helped.

Although I've noticed any movement of the cable around the USB port does cause it to crash. 

Doing some searching online, I've read that non official cables can cause issues. So I've ordered an official USB cable for my Samsung. 

If that doesn't help, may have to consider replacing the USB port. Has anybody done this before?

Update: got the official USB cable today and all working fine.

I have currently for 13TPDAEU-EA01 / 86140-0H010 installed Audio 830 / OS: 621
And never got the mirror link AppInCar working with any iPhone (tried on SE2020, 11, 14, 15)

850 or even 840 will be much appreciated!

Mirrorlink is as useful as an iPhone 1st gen, its long since dead and very few phones support it

updates do not add any functionality to the radio 830 will have the most up to date for mirror link

8.12 is current, make sure your phone is up to date and you have the newest AA app, disable BT when using AA

What are the advantages of updating the 2 button older model? Mine has never been updated (64 plate).
