I have an 09 IQ, that vibrates excessively while switching gears and while idling in drive. I've read many of the other posts but have not seen this issue for an automatic yet. Does anyone have experience with this? 

I've had the EGR cleaned, spark plugs, filters changed, and motor mounts checked. No mechanic can tell me anything other than it is characteristic.
