Clutch high revs when warm and click/tick sound

Hi guys, it will be appreciated if anyone can help please, I have bought an avensis, 1.8 2012, valvematic, manual, when warm after driving about 10-20 miles, it's asking for higher revs to take off, also when warm, when taking off on hill reverse or when gearbox has pressure on it e.g. 2nd gear it make a click/tick sound once. 

Any advice will be appreciated.
