Avatar Scale Thing

Trying to change mine but I cant turn that stupid scaling option off so it messes up my already perfectly fine images...

What am I doing wrong before I smash the computer up... :ffs:

make your avatar in photoshop at a set scale.. eg. 120x100 and when you upload it.. keep the same settings.

Yea done that but it keeps warping the pic as soon as it's set as my avatar.

Well I give up it'll have to stay distorted!

On the old system you could specify what size you wanted the pic - the new one just resizes everything to 150x150 regardless of it's size - weird...

My old one was fine - you've also had that a while haven't you? Try changing it & see what happens!

I already sized it all ok & uploaded it to the gallery but then it distorts as soon as it's done - like the system is changing it when it doesn't have to!

Can you turn the auto-sizing off?
