Touch 2 with Go, Phone not connecting

Hi. Our car is a Prius plus (2019) automatic.

Originally both my wife and my own phone connected to the Touch 2 easily. With both phones text messages showing (separately) on the screen.

Now my wife's phone connects no problem. Although now her messages don't show on display. And when I am driving and try to connect my own phone it shows my old phone. Meaning I have to delete it off the car and add my current phone. This happens every time I want to drive the car. 

Again my messages don't show on display. 

It's very annoying now.

Have you tried removing both phones and then adding them again??
