2013 Hilux Key FOB lost - Both!

My darling wife in her wisdom has now 'misplaced' both of our keyfob's for our 2013 Hilux. 

In the past we've been able to use the service / valet key because the alarm had not been activated. However the alarm was activated when she decided to send the next one on it's merry way! So now I can open the car doors manually in the handle, but as soon as I open the door the siren sounds. Oddly I can still start the engine, but the siren still sounds. 

2 Questions.... 

1/. Can I disable the siren with the service key? 

2/. How can I get a new fob...I assume a new ECU will be required. How much will that sting me in the UK?

Have you checked your car insurance policy/schedule in case you're covered for lost keys??
