I am having great difficulty in getting my local dealer to repair/replace the automatic gearbox on my "W" Previa. Does anyone know who I can contact in the Warranty Department?

Hi chris You should write your review on the site in the dealers reviews forums at the top of the page. There you can complain about the service that you are receiving. And hopefully they will all get the message that customers want a better service and warranty.

Also chris i would like to welcome you to the club. It's a shame that you had to join and start off with such bad rap about your car. But hey you might get it all sorted in the end ah!
