Lee is right. Absolutely. I believe the 3ZZ-FE engine does not come with oil squirters, so chances are the pistons run hot and your control rings have clogged. The best you can do is to replace the oil frequently using fully synthetic 5w30. It may improve things. Chances are your bores are worn due to sludged up control rings and you'll need a new bottom end. If you've no idea what I'm on about, do the oil changes for as long as is economically viable. Then find a replacement engine or car (as Lee suggested above).
