Is there not a diagram on the front of the fuse cover indicating the amperage and what it controls. Do you think the fuse has blown or are you trying to disconnect the USB port.

USB port is powered from the infotainment unit & IIRC is only rated at 500mA output.

Is it the standard USB port (this is powered by the radio) or the charge only port (2.1A on the cover/flap) ?

If it's a phone, not charging, try another cable

fuses P/outlet No.1 and/or Cig & P/outlet in the internal fuse box up under the dash as per the manual
