Replacing 2012 Rav4 satNav system with an apple carplay

Hi Guys,

So my 2012 Rav 4 has a satnav system ( out of date of course). the cost of upgrading the software is as far as I can tell more expensive than having the entire system replaced with an Apple carplay system. There is a rear camera that also appears on the satnav display, will this also need to be entirely replaced?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what make and model is worth going for?

Finally this system does a double bleep as I am driving, seemingly randomly, even if the satnav screen is not enabled, and I am just listening to ipod music/Cd music what is it? alongside the system telling me that I am breaking the speed limit even when I am not?
