The Previa is 5 x 114.3 the same as Prius+. The normal Prius hatchback is 5 x 100 and is not compatible. I don't know about offset and calliper clearance. You'll have to work that one out through empirical science. 

BTW: Thanks for the inspiration - I'll call it a "Pervia" from now on.
