morning all sorry to bring this up posted on an old thread too.

I have a 2004 rav4 2.0 d4d bought new and covered 71000 in that time still on the original clutch it has now started to judder and make a strange metallic noise I fear its time for a new clutch/flywheel.

My real question to you guys is how good is the SMF conversion? 

Which kits would you recommend?

I have seen some range from £180 up to £500 would rather go for something that is recommended by you good people.
