Rear seat backrest bolt

Hi all , the bracket that rotates on this bolt has some up and down movement and when I pull on my drive because the body rolls I get a thumping noise , I know it's this because if I leave the back rest folded down it doesn't do it ! Is it a case of a new bolt or can it be took out and fixed ? 

Or am I best asking them to change the bolt when it's in for service at Toyota in May ? Thanks

Yeah think I am tbh , after looking online the bolt doesn't come separate so it'll be with the hinge , definitely gonna get them to look at it when it's in for service, it's not major so no rush
