Advice on buying reconditioned parts for 1.5-litre Prius

Hi there

I am looking to buy the following for a right-hand drive, 1.5-litre Prius (2004-2009):

*air conditioning compressor;

*condenser; and

*coolant control valve.

I am looking on behalf of a friend who lives in South Africa who is struggling to find good quality, second-hand or reconditioned parts locally, and at a reasonable price. I would be grateful if anyone could suggest/recommend companies in the UK that I may approach.

As an aside, has anyone had experience of buying these parts from online companies such as Aliexpress which also sells air conditioning units for Prius (see link below for reference)? I have bought a number of items from this platform in the past and have been satisfied with the traders I have used. However, I have only purchased electronic components that are less expensive than main components of an air conditioning unit for a vehicle.

In general, any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

You could try Amayama.  They can ship from UAE, so could be affordable for you.
