Full tank, cruising range total?

Hi all,

Can I ask, when you fill the tank on your auris hybrids what figure are you getting on your cruise range??

I ask as when I fill the tank the cruising range shows around 323miles. 

Before I filled the tank this time I had driven 363 and cruising range was telling me there was another 90miles left. I filled the tank and again its only saying 324.

Can anybody shed some light on this please??

Hi, 

the range after full tank is based on quantity of fuel and previous driving conditions, fuel consumption. The range you get seems on the lower side imo but if you do only short trips it might be normal. I am usually getting between 400-500+ miles from a tank according to the season and currently at 436 miles after refills

The range reading is a vague estimation at best - Don't take it to be super accurate; There's a reason why EV people call it a GOM (Guess-o-meter  )
