Engine Management Light Code P00BD

I have the Engine Management light on and Code P00BD. I have had the MAF and EGR (both were faulty) replaced but light remains on.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Car is a 2017 RAV4

What is the flow rate at idle ?

disconnect the Battery and let everything reset,

have you had the Battery and alternator tested?

any recent jump starts?

No recent Jump starts

I've not had the Battery and alternator tested

MAF reads 1.67 lb/min when light on and 0.85 lb/min when fault code cleared. 

I havent tried disconnecting Battery yet
