Plastic tab repair forum?

I'll not bother you with details, but never replace your horn yourself. 

So the plastic tab on the headlight which the slam panel top cover is plastic push bolted to, is broken, so I only have 70% of the hole where the plastic push fit is to go into. 

The slam panel is now loose above the passenger headlight.

I now need to repair this 'tab' and have been watching lots of videos on doing so.

I would though, like the advice of plastic repair experts.

Anyone know a good forum where I can get this advice?
