As far as I know the E certificates relates to European cars not Japanese cars therefore not relevant. I don't know if Northern Ireland is different but it would make sense just to go for the SVA at £180

I assume that N. Ireland is diferent then, in england a standard SVA would be acceptable for a 95 model, I assume you have the Jananese De-Reg document with the vehicle ?
