94 Camry 3.0l V6 Wont Start

After replacing with the incorrect Battery (the posts were reversed!!), I have (so far) replaced the 100 amp and 25 amp fuses. There is now power to the car, but the engine will not turn over. The starter cranks fine. Any suggestions?

I have the same model with the same problem. I have not done the Battery bit though! So far I proved that there was no power getting to the fuel pump relay from the circuit opening relay. All fuses are fine and the ecu is getting the sta signal from the starter relay. My next move is to check the outputs from the ECU, to operate the EFI relay. I find it difficult to do some of these checks alone, but any shortcut help would be appreciated.
