Problems With A '93 Camry V6

I was driving my car to a friends place, and it started running rough and was down on power; there was no indication or lead up to this. After pulling over, the car started blowing white smoke out the exhaust... my assessment was that it's blown a head gasket, would I be accurate? It's only done just over 100,000kms, always serviced etc, so hrm... :S It's parked 20km away, going to have a look at in the morning, so any thoughts would be lovely!
