Low Oil Pressure

I drive a 1998 2.0 CDX avensis estate that has done 90K When I start the engine from stone cold it takes about 2 seconds for the oil pressure light to go off.

Is this normal for this model of car? I am used to the oil pressure light going off straight away. The light does go off straight away if the car has been driven within the past hour.

I am thinking this could be because an aftermarket (champion) oil filter has been used, it may not have an anti drain valve. Do the genuine toyota filters have one?

I recently changed the oil, so it is nice and clean and near the max level. Any ideas??
