Spare Part

Hey there

Bit of a screw up when i was putting the dashboard back together after installing a new head unit.

I have snapped off the left side of the grey plastic control which sets whether the air in the car is recirculated or taken in from the outside.

Is it possible to buy a replacement part? Or is this is just something to live with.

Many thanks for your suggestions.

a dealership will almost definatley do it... but it'l cost you a pretty penny! A scrappy would most likely let you have something like that for nowt!

Maybe having a quick look in the Yellow Pages might be an idea for a scrappy?

Like seveer says a dealership should do it but be careful of the costs..give em a ring and see what they say maybe?

my mate broke the same thing on his car when he fitted the HU

was down a scrappy and found a yaris in there so got one out of that

only a plastic thing that sticks on the end of a metal spike, costing 50p

toyota would probably want 50 quid for it
