Garage Rating And Certifying Scheme

Just been doing a consumer test on Inchcape Derby (see Hybrid Forum)

Why don't we rate garages? Have a TOC score card to ensure a degree of consistant scoring?

Could create a league table and give certifcates to garages scoring over a certain percentage?

I reallise it would be some effort but worth it.....I think

I believe it was abused by thre dealers themselves loggin in and writing reviews ..

Inchcape nottingham....impersonal..distant...unreliable...could'nt careless as of 2000 when I last used them.

yeah it was eiher getting dealers adding good bits or people slagging them left right and center

This is personal experience...I could make you a list in the short time I knew them which was upto the first sevice (free) then I was gone....where! to the place I dealt with previous "ron brooks" If you want looking after thats the place to go for toyota. :)
