You are selling something for nothing, which anyone can get anywhere, but you are asking for positive feedback in return...

I wouldn't be surprised if that got reported - to both eBay as it infringes their rules and regs and also to GMail, as you are not only selling their free email service in return for positive feedback but you are also breaching copyright law by using their logo without their permission!
