Now THAT is a cool car!!!!!!

I could so see myself in one of those!!!!!

It has to be the ultimate example of a totally rubbish car being deadly cool and desirable as it has so much character!! Let the Delorean be a lesson to all subaru wanna be owners (its slow, has poor handling, is over priced etc etc, and VERY cool. a total opposite ;)):D

It has that magic to it!

My brother owns well over 2000 films and hes not got back to the future??

How is it mean to not have favourite guys on TOC?

Anyway, my favourite TOC guy would have a DeLorean - they are COOOOL!

It desperately needs an engine transplant.

It came with a crap Renault V6 known for grinding itself to dust and good for about 130 bhp. Stainless steel isn't light. A DeLorean would be lucky to keep up with a 1.3 Yaris.

Some sports car...

I'm not impressed. They were cool in the 1980's, at least in outward appearance, but as was said, quality was crap, performance was crap, interior was crap and now they look quite dated on top of it.

The only reason they are anything like a "classic" is because of their rarity and because of the films and the propensity of some stupid rich people to buy worthless junk.

There are SO many cars much more worthy of waxing nostalgic over.

got the box set.. watched it about 30 times... damn love those films

get fed up with the doc shouting "great scott" though

Have it also,

"weight has nothing to do with it"

Grew up with the BTTF films, hate the ending on the third film tho, a bit 'willy wonka' for my liking.
