Jerking Transmission 2000 Camry

I have a 2000 camry v6 with 82,000 miles. When I reach 40 mph the transmission starts jerking. I replaced the fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs and wiring. The car runs better but I still have the problem with the jerking transmission. Does anybody have a possible solution besides taking it back to the dealership and pay an arm and a leg.
