100% Mortgages

ive looked into natwest and scottishwidows and am waiting to hear from them.

who else offers a 100% mortgage?

I used this to find my mortgage...

If you are a graduate, some companies will offer you 100% mortgages on 90% terms...

But if your not, you get stung, both on the initial mortgage cost, and the interest rates..

and even if you can only scrape 1 or 2% deposit, it can save you a lot in the long run!

But dont forget the hidden costs of buying a house...

Searches, solicitors fee's - can add up to 1,2, 3 grand, and then you have Stamp duty etc...

Northern Rock do our mortgage, which is 100% cause the only savings we had, we used for the solicitors fees, stampy duty and searches etc, which cost a few grand!

For first time buyers, Northern Rock are apparently very good! They have been for us!

I have one from Royal Bank of Scotland, but I do have a guarantor. One of my co-workers has one too, but I'm not sure about his (they're a couple rather than a singlie like me...)
