Jumps Out Of 5th Gear

have 2000 avensis d4d started today to jump out of 5th gear, cruising on motorway doing 65mph take foot off accelerator and it jumps out of gear tryed it lower and higher speeds with same result anyone else had a problem like this ?

My car (diesel) started jumping out of 5th at high speed when at approx 100K miles. Not sure of the cure but it was repaired by my Toyota dealer and its Ok now

Your 5th gear has worn out needs stripping and 5th gear sincro ring and hub replaced not a bad job can be done in car so no need to remove the box . Just done mine cost about £230 for parts .
