Is it possible to replace the old analog instrument panel (dashboard) with new Optitron type on Corolla year 2003 (manufactured in UK), 1.4L petrol engine, 5 door hatchback?

I think it is.. but everything is question of money. . in this case, by my mind it's waste of money..
