Hi guys, just a quick one, has anyone on here ever changed a gearbox in a 1995 corolla E10 1.3 16v 5 speed. Mine decided to give up yesterday and have managed to source a replacement, now a few of my friends are quite competent diy mechanics, would they be able to do it or is it really that big a job that only a garage should deal with it, i dont fancy loosing mates over a car lol

You can do it youre self but when you do it than replace the complete clutch as wel its only a idea :yes:
