Can anyone Help Please. I intend to Change the Coolant in my Avensis 1.8VVI IZZ-FE Petrol Engine 2002.

But cant find any Drain Taps/Plugs on the engine block cooling jacket. the only Drain Tap I can see is the one on the bottom of the Rad. Do I need to disconnect the bottom hose to drain the jacket? or have I missed a hidden Drain Plug on the Block.

My :help: Warmest Thanks to anyone that can help.

On the exhaust side of the engine (rear of the engine bay) towards the transmission end I think. There's a drain tap about half way down the block. There's a drain tube with bolt in the centre. Undo the centre hex and it'll drain out from the block.
