Code 35 & Seized Rear Driver Abs Sensor - Help!

My car recently failed the MOT because of the ABS warning light remaining on so after searching through all the information on the web I ran the diagnostic check (those paperclips come in handy) and found the error code 35 which I've read as a fault in either the front left or rear right sensor.

I took off the wheels and removed the sensors for a good clean on 3 of the wheels but can't seem to remove the sensor on the rear right which apears to have seized. Can't pull the damn thing off at all!

I'm guessing that this sensor is the cause of the fault but would be grateful for any info on how to remove the sensor - I don't want to damage the wheel in any way.

Or if there's a quick way to get it through the MOT. Really struggling without the car at the moment.
