Alloy Wheels And Tyres Help...please!

Hi,

I just bought some Toyota Alloy Wheels 14" stamped 6Jx14 instide and wanted to know what tyres I would need for them. I have just normal steel wheels on my 1.6 GLi Carina now 175/70/14. Could I put these on the alloys or are they wider?

I think they are off a 1.8 or 2 ltr carina.

Any help would be great thanks.
