Hello to you all!

I've got a problem with my 4WD and Hi-Lo Gear selection! Firstly the Hi-Lo Gear stick won't budge from its current position, and secondly the 4WD doesn't engage on depression of the 4WD selector switch, either with or without the Diff locks on the front wheels being engaged! Any ideas on how I should deal with this problem? A good start would be the sequence of actions I should take to actually engage 4WD, as I have no handbook and not a clue how it should be done!
