Estimates - Head Gasket Replacements

Hiya,

When I opened the oil cap and drained the oil, a metal place inside which can be seen is clearly very rusty and needs to be replaced (I assume).

Assuming it is the head gaskets. To thsi effect, i'm going to have it opened, have the head gaskets replaced, and get the cam belt changed at the same time.

What sort of cost am I looking at?

I also have a complete replacement engine available to me for £1300 so if its cheaper, i could use that.

Any help in regard to what's wrong, what i need to watch out for and what sort of cost ii'm looking at would be helpful.

I have bought all the gaskets already.
