Hi All,

Tried posting my problem - but to date have gained no response :(

I am trying to wire-up a reversing camera to my TNS 600 ( Model B9000 ) touch screen Sat Nav unit in my '07 Hilux Invincible - I have read numerous posts about instalations in Rav4's and Landcruisers ect. but all I need to know is which pins of the white 4 pin connector on the back of the head unit go where ???? i.e I have a Video+, a Video- from the camera and then a postive 12v supply from reverse selector to the headunit to tell it it is in reverse and obviously a ground - but which goes to which pin - these units are identicalish to the B9003 and B9010 Toyota units ????

Please help - you guys are the Experts and I just need some advice :D

Wot happened to the ol way of reversing - ye do it slowly until a slight bump is felt then move forward 2". Having a tow ball fitted minimises any damage tae yer motor.

If ye like, ah can dae reversing tuition with ma 1963 landrover - puir skill by the way.

Or fitting a minibus intae a disabled parking bay...

It is a Hilux Invincible - which means all conquering - get tae it and practice in yer local MFI car park. As ye get wurse, move to the MacDonalds parking lot - and finish off in an IKEA park where everyone kens that the folk will be awa fur hoors.

Hello Kimbo,

Well, I'll try to provide a useful answer.

It's not to difficult to work out, if you take the time and google for a while. The connector pin outs are very often common across the Toyota units from what I can see.

Assuming the back of your unit looks like this:

http://www.navigatiehelpsite.nl/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=8333

(download navigatie systeem.doc)

Then the pin out is probably the same as this:

http://www.castulucci.com/projects/carpc/o...tors/index.html

So, you'll be looking at the gray 5 pin connector for the 12V reverse input and the white 4 pin for the camera.

Have a look at those and see if it makes sense to you. Come back if you get stuck.

Cheers
