Mm-t Doesn't Change Gears As It Should

I have problem with my MM-T gearbox. When i use the automatic modes (E or Es), it's sometimes very difficult for the gearbox to figure out what to do. At first the problems occured when I drove using 3rd, 4th and 5th gears. When I slowed down (for example red lights turning into green) and then started to accelerate again, it took veeery long for the gear to change for example to 2nd, so I couldn't accelerate properly (low speed, high gear). After some time I went to my dealer, everything seemed to be fine after their test drive. But after some proper searching they found a problem with the software, which was updated.

After that my Auris worked just fine, but it didn't last long. Problems started again, when after about two weeks i noticed, that especially when I slow down using 2nd gear, the gearbox shifts normally to the 1st, but when I start accelerating again (without stopping), the rpm rises very very high, about 5000, but the gearbox doesn't change the next gear. The only ways to get the gear changer are 1) to wait about 5-10 seconds until the gearbox figures out that it must to change higher gear. 2) push the rpm to the red line (6000). 3) use the shiftpads behind the wheel. These situations are very annoying, and i'm not sure if the last case was allready before the software update. I think it was there all the time. I've talked to my dealer and nearly every mechanic has driven the car. No-one notices anything, but still all my friends and family notice the problem if they drive half an hour or so. It is not always there, but is very dangerous for the other drivers and for me also. They see that I accelerate, but soon the cars' acceleration just stops. Someone can hit me if he's not aware. Also in the places where I have to turn to some big road and there's a car coming, I should accelerate to the right speed quickly. But it is very difficult if there's this problem. Of course you can always put the rpm to 6000, but it shouldn't be like that.

Has anyone else experienced these kinds of problems with his Auris, and what was the solvation to the problem?
