Sienna - Third Seat Problem

I have a new Sienna - the basic model (manual doors, manual seats, etc.). The third row seats are stored by pulling on two pull cords - one unlocks the seat back and folds it, the other pulls the seat bottom up and allows you to fold it into the storage area. There are two "seats" to be stored in the back row - one is a double seat and the other a single seat. My single seat is stuck in the storage postion. When I pull on the seat back cord, it works and the seat back unfolds, but the pull cord for the seat bottom seems to have broken. It pulls (ie, there is movement) but nothing happens so I think an internal cable must be broken. Based on the design of the seat/storage area - I don't see any possible way this can be fixed without destroying the seat and replacing it. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any words of wisdom? I can't afford a major repair right now...

It is gonna be covered by the warranty, just check with your dealer.
