Estima Alarm / Central Locking Wiring

Hi all,

My wife has just purchased an Estima Emina (96). We had a Widebody Estima for the past 6 years, which served us fine, but sadly is now dying. She asked me to fit an aftermarket alarm to the new one, so she could have remote central locking.

I have fitted the alarm, fitted the C/L and it is all working fine, with one exception. When the car is disarmed, the car unlocks etc... but rearms itself after 20-30 seconds if the key hasn't been put in the ignition during that period. There is a wire on the alarm module for the Door Trigger (which will cancel the auto re-arm feature, with a jumper for +/- door trigger. I cannot find any info as to whether the Estima used a +/- door trigger, or where the wire(s) can be found.

Also, as the Estima seems to have 2 circuits for interior lighting (i.e. driver & passenger doors on one, sliding door and tailgate on the other) would both circuits need to be connected together, and if so, where would the wiring for both circuits lurk?

Thanks in advance

Neil
