i recently bought a celica and the horn isnt working :(, i bought a new horn and tried connecting that up and still no luck, checked the fuses and they seam to be ok. when the horn is pressed there is a clicking noise coming from around the fuse box. what should i be looking for to try and resolve this?

A defective horn is usually a bad earth - if it is a new horn and the earthing bolts are clean it must be on the power feed.

the clicking could be relay? or maybe a poor connecting fuse.

use a tester between the earth and power feed and have someone press the horn , if it lights up or you get a voltage reading depending on which tester you use it could be just a bad earth point for the horn , it may also be the contacts on the steering wheel at fault if you get nothing .

also some horns need a earth wire not just the body to earth , test the horn across your Battery to make sure its ok too.
