It is not a thing to which we give much thought but read on...................

On my last check up in Hospital, everything was under control, except my Blood Pressure, so the Registrar decided to change my pills & told me to check it out once a week.

The Chemists that I use has an automatic machine, which for Euro 2 gives you a thorough check out

1st go, a week ago I wasn't ready for it & when it said to stand still coz it was measuring my height, I just stood there. Result=5ft8.1inches = Disgusted. I must be shrinking

Today, I was ready & stood to attention without straining

Result=5ft9.7 ins = what I always thought

The other thing about it was that when my correct height was recorded, my weight & body fat index fell within the recommended parameters

The down side is that on the 1st test my BP was well down [for me] On the 2ND, It was much too high again
