Best Way To Get A Spare Remote Key?

Hey all,

My brother recently joined the ranks of diesel Toyota owners :D but the Corolla he bought only came with one key. :(

I know from when I was trying to get a third key for my Yaris, that Toyota will happily charge something like £200 for a spare remote key. Since I only wanted a third key for convenience, I just left it at that, but since my brother's only got the one it's a bit more urgent!

Any recommendations/suggestions?
