Avensis D-4d Engine Noise

I got Avensis T2 D-4D, 2004, diesel. From last week, I found the engine start making extra loud noise, ....ta-ta-ta-ta..., but when push accelerator a bit giving more power the noise disappeared (speed increase from 900 to ~1000). The noise also disparaged if I switch on the A/C. Any suggestion please? Thanks!

have all injectors tested first.

there must be a head ache

I disregard any other problem now

If the noise is only on slow tick over, did it start after filling tank?, could be due to poor fuel. B)

Not immediately, driving ~100 mile after filling in Tesco.

Fill up some where proper,

Yes, will definitely try this first and see if any change. Will let you guys know how it goes. Thanks!!!
