At the rear wheel. You should never ever adjust it inside the car.

At the rear wheel. You should never ever adjust it inside the car.

When I asked this question I was told the opposite - i.e. I had to adjust inside and remove the console. I never did because it was too much hassle doing that.

Be interesting to see why the different views.
