Radio And Sat Nav Not Working

Hi, My radio and sat nav on 2002 avensis gls has stopped working. It was fine the day before and now is dead. On the sat nav the knob that selects the destination is on volume and when I press select the volume sounds, I turn the knob but it stays on volume. I have checked the radio fuse 5 Rad No 1 10a and it is ok. Everything else on fuses which has audio on all work fine. Is there a separate fuse at the back of the radio?

Ther is no fuse at the HU that I can see.

Do you have anything else connected aftermarket into the stereo system? I had a similar problem in that the controls would occasionally completely stop responding - turned out it was my Parrot bluetooth kit interfering. Disconnected everything then plugged it all back in one by one and it cleared itself.
