I have a 2004 avensis d4d , 116bhp 130,000 miles on the clock

Had few problems with drastic loss of power, had EGR valve replaced, all turbo system cleaned which cured initial problem. worked great for a few months now there seems to be a hesitation in acceleration, as if Turbocharger only delivering half power, so acceleration is very limp

I have had turbo charger serviced and its like new, no problems there , cars been regularly serviced, wondering could it be the MAF sensor, or something else ?

Any advice much appreciated
